Return & Exchange Policy

At DropTooU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a simple return and exchange process for most products. Please read our policy below for more details.

2. Eligibility for Returns
You can return or exchange any unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition with all packaging intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. These include perishable goods (e.g., fresh meats, dairy, frozen foods), opened consumables, and personal care products.

4. How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@droptoou.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label if applicable.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process. Indicate the item you would like in exchange, and once the returned item is received, we will ship the new product to you.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

8. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the product is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
